Improved pacing, object viewing controls and bugfixes

Changes

• Fixed a bug where the minimum correct answer requirement did not display the correct amount
• Reduced time limits and numbers of notes to check for most levels, to improve pace
• Reduced sensitivity for panning and rotating viewed notes, for easier control
